Subscription Policy

Some products at GuessHookah.com can be purchased as a subscription ("Subscribe and save"). This policy explains how subscriptions work, how you are billed, and how to change or cancel. By checking the box in your cart and completing checkout, you agree to these terms.

How your subscription works

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically and you will receive repeat deliveries at the frequency you selected (for example, every week or every month) until you cancel.
Billing. Your payment method is stored securely by Shopify and charged on each renewal date for that delivery, including any applicable shipping and taxes. The price for each delivery is the subscription price shown at checkout.
Subscription discount. The discount shown with your subscription option (for example, "10% off") applies to each subscription delivery while your subscription is active.
Confirmation. After checkout you will receive an email confirming your subscription, its frequency, its price and how to cancel.

Managing, skipping and cancelling

You can skip a delivery, change the frequency or quantity, update your payment method or cancel at any time from Manage Your Subscription in your account, or by using the link in your order confirmation email.
To avoid being charged for the next delivery, cancel or skip before your next billing date. Orders that have already been charged will be processed and shipped.

Out-of-stock products

If a product in your subscription is out of stock on your billing date, that delivery will be skipped and your subscription will continue on its next scheduled date.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and will notify you so you can update your payment method. If payment cannot be completed, the delivery will not ship and your subscription may be paused or cancelled.

Age verification and eligibility

You must be 21 years or older to purchase tobacco or nicotine products. Subscription orders may be subject to age verification. We may cancel any subscription if age verification is not completed or if a product cannot legally be shipped to your address.

Subscription deliveries follow our Shipping Policy, including free US shipping on orders over $199. Returns and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
